Please see this page for quick info about Power Point 2007 user interface.

Opening Power Point Template

All our Power Point Templates are saved in Power Point 97-2003 or PowerPoint 2007 version for convenience of our users (unless otherwise stated in file description) .

Opening background image (in Power Point 2007)

Most of background images used in our Power Point templates are located on Master Slide. Those that are not can be easily selected from slides in Normal View (View Tab -> Normal).

To see Master Slide, click on View Tab and select Slide Master. Now, click on the very first slide in left window and then click on background image in your main window. Now you can copy, cut or edit this image further. Tips: Right-click on image to see commands for image editing.

Editing background image

Although majority of our template backgrounds are JPEG images, they can be edited to some degree in Power Point 2007. For example, you can adjust brightness and contrast of the image, you can rotate and crop the image, even change the color of it.

When you click to select background image, new tab appears in main menu, Format Tab. Click on it and you will see tools for image editing. From this tab, you can adjust brightness, contrast and color of the image, you can rotate, crop and align the image. For more editing power of background images we recommend free image editors like GIMP and IrfanView or very cool online image editor Pixlr.

Adding new slide

To add new slide, simply right-click on empty space in Slide Pane or open Home Tab and click on New Slide button.

Deleting background image from single slide

If you want to delete background image from one or several slides in your presentation, do this:

Select the slide in Slide Pane (left window) and right-click somewhere on the image in Slide pane to the right (not in Text Boxes or other content on the slide). Click on Format Background and in Fill Tab click on Hide Background Graphics. To get the image back on that slide, simply uncheck Hide Background Graphics.
